Service Insight provides targeted impact analysis for End of Life/End of Support notifications, saving numerous hours of analysis and manual cross-checks to ensure that all network elements are running supported hardware configurations.
When an EOL/EOS notification is generated, Service Insight gives users the option of scanning their network to assess which devices, and which modules within those devices, would be impacted and the proposed replacement module for the EOL/EOS device.
A few clicks is all it takes to have Service Insight scan all devices in the network, or a subset of them, to assess EOL/EOS exposure.
Product Bug Notification
Service Insight Proactive Bug Notifications simplify the process of discovering which network devices are susceptible to a bug that has been identified on a device.
Service Insight users can get notified when Juniper finds a bug that could impact the customer environment. Notifications are sent based on Juniper’s knowledge of the hardware and software configurations of devices in the customer network.
